Santa Claus at the Youth Library
Santa Claus is coming to the Youth Library on
Monday, December 16th, from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Come visit and have your picture taken with Santa Claus.
There will be cookies, holiday crafts, goody bags, and more!
We hope you will join us as we celebrate Christmas at the Pittsfield Youth Library.
Closed for the Christmas Holiday
The library will be closed Tuesday, December 24, through Thursday, December 26, in observance of the Christmas holiday.

Closed on New Year’s Eve and Day
The library will be closed on December 31, 2019, and January 1, 2020, for the New Year Holiday.

Closed for Presidents’ Day
The library will be closed on Monday, February 17, in observance of Presidents' Day.
We will reopen on Tuesday for our regular hours.
CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE due to prevention measures
Effective, Wednesday, March 18, 2020, the Pittsfield Public Library will be closed until further notice.
The health and safety of our community, patrons, and staff is our main concern during this time, and we are closing to help stop and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and plan our reopening date accordingly.
Please wait to return any library items you have until we reopen.
There will be no overdue fines on library items while we are closed.
