Find out more »The Youth Library in the downstairs portion of the Pittsfield Public Library will be closed August 11th - August 13th for maintenance work. The Adult Library should remain open during this time, but it is possible the Adult Library may have to close as well on one of these days to get the work completed in a timely manner. We will do our best to update our website and Facebook page ahead of any changes in library hours during this time and apologize for the inconvenience we know this will cause our patrons. The Youth Library should reopen for its regular hours on Friday, August 14th, with a much-needed face-lift.
While the Youth Library is closed, items can be returned in the drop box or at the front desk in the Adult Library. You can also renew items at the upstairs front desk or over the telephone at 217-285-2200. If we're closed when you call, leave us a message, and we will renew your items for you.
