Closed – Veterans Day
The library will be closed in observance of Veterans Day on Monday, November 12, 2018.
We will reopen for our normal hours on Tuesday, November 13, 2018.
Giving Tree for Seniors
The Pittsfield Public Library is sponsoring A Giving Tree for Seniors.
The tree will be up from November 19th through December 15th.
There are thirty tags to be filled, so please help us help some deserving seniors.
(After picking a tag from the tree, take it to the front desk so we can write down your name and the tag number.)
We have a list of gift suggestions available at the library.
If anyone would like to leave a monetary donation, the library will pick out a gift on your behalf.
The deadline for returning gifts to the library is December 15th.

Closed – Thanksgiving and Black Friday
The library will be closed Thursday, November 22, and Friday, November 23, 2018, in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
We wish all our friends and patrons a safe and wonderful time with friends and family.
Santa Claus at the library
Santa Claus is coming to the Youth Library on Monday, December, 17th, from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Come visit and have your picture taken with Santa Claus.
There will be cookies, holiday crafts, goody bags, a photo booth, and more!
We hope you will join us as we celebrate Christmas at the Pittsfield Public Library!
(Be sure to use the Youth Library's Adam Street entrance if you are coming to visit Santa. The front entrance will be closed after 5:30 p.m.)
